How do I use my journal?
This journal can be used alone or with a trusted friend or family member. Each week, you will be asked to think about your goals for feeling healthier – in your mind and in your
body. You will be able to reflect on the people, pets, places, and personal characteristics that help you feel stronger, calmer, happier, or just a little bit better when times are tough.
